1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NextAuditWay you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Overview

NextAuditWay provides articles, insights, and consultation on audits and inspections. Our goal is to deliver clear guidance and expert analysis.

3. Use of the Site

Users may browse content, subscribe to updates, and book services. Unauthorized use or copying of materials is prohibited.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, digital courses, and printed resources are due in full at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major card payments and bank transfers. Access to digital content is granted once payment is confirmed.

5. Reimbursement and Replacement Policy

5.1 Consultation Services

Clients may request a reimbursement up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled session. Requests must be submitted via contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. Late requests are not eligible for reimbursement.

5.2 Online Workshops and Digital Courses

If you cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase and have not accessed the content, you may receive a full reimbursement. Once access to materials is granted, no reimbursement is available, as content becomes immediately accessible.

5.3 Printed Materials and Publications

Printed items may be sent back within 30 calendar days of receipt in unused condition. To initiate a send-back, use our contact form. We cover shipping costs for defective items. Reimbursements are issued within 14 business days of item receipt, credited to the original payment method.

5.4 Non-Reimbursable Sessions

Certain premium one-on-one sessions are non-reimbursable due to the reservation of expert time. These are clearly marked at the time of booking, and no reimbursements or reschedules are allowed for these sessions.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Standard sessions may be rescheduled with at least 5 calendar days notice through contact form. Requests made later may incur a change fee equal to 20% of the session fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextAuditWay and its staff are not liable for indirect or incidental harm arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
